Our customer service lines are manned by in-house staff, and the official team is often bolstered by husbands, wives, kids and extended family, from delivery and assembly to product testing and demonstrations. Our families are core to what we do. In Australia, we're brought to you by Coolkidz Australia, our official distributor and retailer, whose own story began in 1998 when they saw a need for innovative baby products.
