Gaia Baby is made up of a passionate team who understand that your journey as parents is precious. We are here to support you in every way we can. Our customer service lines are manned during office hours by in-house staff trained to answer all your queries. The official team is often bolstered by husbands, wives, kids and extended family. From delivery & assembly, product testing, demonstrations, advice and support, our families are core to what we do.
We are excited to bring our venture down under through Coolkidz Australia. Coolkidz Australia are the official Gaia Baby distributor and retailer. Their story began in 1998, when they saw a need for innovative baby products. Since then, they have grown immensely and continue to grow and make their mark in the baby gear industry. With a commitment to offering the most innovative and affordable gear for babies, kids and parents, you can trust you will always receive high customer service and after sales product support.

Where we Started
Gaia Baby was founded in 2018 by Karl & Joanne, supported by their respective partners, Sarah & Peter. Their journey as parents to 7 kids, combined with experience of large-scale and start up businesses in the nursery industry, inspired them to set off on their own journey and create Gaia Baby.
Where We are Going
Where possible, we make Gaia Baby products from renewable resources and we aim to ensure our products are recyclable and biodegradable. We work only with suppliers and producers who manufacture in an ethical way. We also test all our products to the highest recognised and trusted global standards.

Just 5 years on, Gaia Baby is sold in many of the UK & Ireland’s top baby stores and is also available through our family of distribution partners in the Middle East, Australia and Europe.
