Every Gaia Baby product carries a standard warranty from the day it arrives. Here's exactly what's covered, what isn't, and how registering extends it further.

Standard warranty, all furniture, from date of purchase.

Total warranty on furniture, once registered within 3 months.

Bedding, mattresses and sheets.
Defects, damage, missing parts.
The Gaia Baby Warranty Policy covers any defects and/or damages caused during manufacturing (broken, defective or ill-fitting parts) and any missing components, parts or hardware. For products covered, we offer free of charge: a replacement self-fit part, a repair by an experienced technician, or a full replacement where the product is deemed irreparable.
Wear, misuse, and dissatisfaction.
Defects caused by improper use, wear and tear, failure to assemble correctly, or failure to care for the product appropriately. Damage from inappropriate cleaning, transport or storage is not covered. If pursuing a warranty claim, you must pay expenses involved in returning products to Gaia Baby; if validated, we cover expenses sending replacement parts to you.
