Lay-Buy Terms & Conditions
Deposit
A minimum deposit of 20% of the total purchase price is required at the time of setting up the lay-buy.
Payment Period
The lay-buy must be paid in full within 4 months (120 days) from the date of purchase. Regular payments are required, and the final instalment must be completed within this period.
Instalments
Payments will be direct debited from your designated account monthly. The full amount must be paid within the agreed 4-month term.
Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your lay-buy, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total purchase price will apply.
Delivery or Pickup
Products will not be available for delivery or pickup until the lay-buy is fully paid. Once the final payment is received, we will contact you to arrange pickup or delivery.
Product Availability
All lay-buy items are held in our warehouse and will remain reserved for you, even if you complete your payments earlier than expected.
Refunds
If a product is found to be faulty or falls under warranty, a refund or exchange will be provided in accordance with Gaia Baby’s standard return policy.
Agreement
By setting up a lay-buy, you agree to these terms and conditions and accept responsibility for completing the full payment.
Privacy
Your personal information will be collected and handled in accordance with Gaia Baby’s Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
Gaia Baby reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in writing.
Competition & Promotion Terms & Conditions
Promotional and Discount Codes
Promotional and discount codes are valid on full-price merchandise only, unless otherwise specified. The discount does not apply to sale items or items which are already discounted. Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed via the website. Vouchers do not cover shipping fees unless order is, or is greater than $1,000, only then does it qualify for free shipping. Discounts codes cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders or used in conjunction with any other promotional and discount codes, or unless otherwise stated. “Final Sale” items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges as per Australian Consumer Law. In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, ie: with discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return you should place a new order using the original promotional code. We reserve the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid. If you are experiencing difficulties with redeeming any offer online, please contact our Customer Service team prior to placing an order. Gaia Baby Nursery Australia is unable to amend any online orders once they have been submitted and will not be able to apply any discount code to any orders retrospectively.
Win an Eos Cot Bed Survey Competition
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. To enter, participants must complete the Gaia Baby Survey and provide their contact details during the promotional period. The competition closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 6 December 2026, and entries received after this time will be deemed invalid. One winner will be selected at random and contacted directly by Gaia Baby Australia. The prize is one Gaia Baby Eos Cot Bed in the winner’s chosen fashion colour, valued at $1,047. This is a game of chance. Gaia Baby Australia reserves the right to amend, modify or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws. By entering the competition and completing the survey, you consent to receive Gaia Baby Australia’s newsletter and SMS updates. You may unsubscribe at any time; however, to remain eligible to win, entrants must be subscribed at the time the competition is drawn.

To participate, simply take a photo of the product, tag @gaiababynursery.au, and share it on Instagram or Facebook. This promotion is available to Australian residents aged 18 and over. The competition concludes on Wednesday, 31 December at 11:59 pm AEST. A winner will be selected monthly from the various participating brands. Please note that entries submitted outside the Competition Period will not be considered valid. This is a game of chance. The winner will be notified directly through the Coolkidz Australia Instagram account. Coolkidz Australia reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

$200 Discount is valid on Gaia Baby Nursery Hera 4-Piece, 3-Piece or 2-Piece Bundles. Bundles must be purchased online at gaia-baby.com.au. UPPAbaby Voucher is only valid on UPPAbaby Vista V3 Prams or UPPAbaby Cruz V2 Prams. Discount voucher does not cover shipping fees. Discounts codes cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders or used in conjunction with any other promotional and discount codes, or unless otherwise stated.
Gaia Baby Sign Up Voucher
The $50 Sign-Up Voucher (“Voucher”) is available to new subscribers who join the Gaia Baby Nursery Australia mailing list with a valid email address and is limited to one per customer. The Voucher provides $50 off a single order of $100 or more (excluding shipping, gift cards, and any excluded products) and must be redeemed using the unique code sent via email at checkout on www.gaiababy.com.au. Refunds on returns will reflect the discounted purchase amount, and Gaia Baby Nursery Australia may adjust the refund if a return reduces the order below the $100 minimum spend. Gaia Baby Nursery Australia reserves the right to modify or cancel the Voucher or its terms at any time, and misuse may result in cancellation or account restriction.
